Maggie Chen has more than 20 years of FDA-regulated industry experience with a track record as a successful leader in Manufacturing, MS&T, Quality, and Engineering. Maggie is currently the Senior VP and Site Head of the Patriot Park facility in Durham, NC for KBI Biopharma. Prior to joining KBI, she built and led high performing teams at companies like Johnson & Johnson, Spectranetics (now Philips), Novartis, and most recently AGC Biologics, where she served as Sr. Director of Manufacturing and Interim Engineering Head for Cell & Gene Therapy and Biologics.

Maggie earned her Executive Master of Business Administration from Colorado University – Denver, and her Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Xian Jiao Tong University in China.
