Katherine Wolf serves as Chief Financial Officer at KBI Biopharma, bringing deep experience as a strategic finance leader within the life sciences industry. Katherine combines a proven track record as a biopharmaceutical and medtech corporate officer with deep investment banking expertise. Core competencies include corporate leadership, strategic thought partnership, financial analysis, team building, and corporate governance.

Before joining KBI, Katherine most recently served as CFO for Enterin, Inc., a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering novel treatments to modify the course of neurodegenerative and metabolic disorders, including Parkinson’s Disease, obesity, and Type 2 Diabetes. Prior to serving in CFO roles at various public and private life sciences and healthcare companies, Katherine spent many years in healthcare investment banking at boutique and bulge bracket investment banks, executing over $27 billion in announced transactions. She has also served as a Board member for a variety of organizations ranging from non-profits to those listed on NASDAQ.

Katherine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA from Williams College.
