Have a Challenging Molecule?

KBI's new physics-based In Silico Modeling Tool, developed in collaboration with First Principles Biopharma, is built for molecules where standard empirical screening and AI-based tools fall short, such as Fc fusions, bispecifics, multi-specifics, and high concentration formulations. While machine learning tools rely on historical mAb datasets, our tool works from your molecule's own 3D structure, and every prediction traces to a specific physical driver, so you know why a molecule is difficult and what to adjust. Starting from sequence and a small DSC pH profile, the model predicts the formulation design space, buffer conditions, excipient strategy, viscosity risk, UF/DF Donnan conditions, and more, all while using 60 to 70% fewer wet-lab samples than conventional DOE.
