Rachel Mandell

SVP and General Counsel

Rachel Mandell is a negotiator and counselor with extensive knowledge of corporate transactions, human resources, and contracts with more than 30 years of experience. Rachel is currently the SVP & General Counsel of KBI Biopharma. Before that, she served as the Legal Director at Lord Corporation. As a corporate attorney, Rachel has represented companies on a wide range of issues as in-house counsel, and as outside counsel. Rachel started her career with the firm that is now DLA Piper in its Baltimore office. Rachel has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
