Brian Ridout

Interim Site Head & Sr. Director, Manufacturing – Hamlin Road, NC, United States 

Brian Ridout brings over two decades of experience in the biotech industry to his dual role as Interim Site Head and Senior Director of Manufacturing at KBI Biopharma's Hamlin Road facility in North Carolina. Joining KBI in 2016, Brian's contributions have been instrumental in furthering the success of our programs in strategic planning, manufacturing, and operations. He has demonstrated a keen ability to navigate complex manufacturing landscapes while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer experience. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, manufacturing operations and technologies, process improvement, and cross-functional effectiveness. Prior to joining KBI, Brian ascended through various leadership roles at Biogen, where he also participated in a corporate rotation program that spanned four years within the Quality, Engineering, and MS&T departments. 

  

Brian holds a BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Appalachian State University and earned an MBA from North Carolina State University.
